Solar Widget Fenix 6 Pro solar don't work

Dear sirs,

I have problems with this watch, the solar charge indicator is not working.
According to previous forums this is a software problem, please let me know what to do.

Have you tried a restart? Keep holding upper left button for 15 seconds until it shuts down.

Yes, but that doesn't solve the problem, that's just a temporary solution

The Garmin support (Switzerland) informs me that I must send my watch, and I will receive a refurbish.

I don't believe this is software related. Seems like numerous people needed replacement watches. I happen to be one of them. Contacted garmin support, sent my watch back, and got a new unit in less than a week. No problems since then. This was about 6 months ago.

In HK they are asking me to send my watch to them but I will have to pay for my repaired cost.... This is getting stupid surely some sort of class action lawsuits can be raised as this isn't an isolated issue at all.
