Setup strava without a smartphone

Hi guys, I recently bought a garmin Fenix 6X Pro, and I haven't set it up quite yet, because I want to do it correctly. I do not have a smart phone. Can I use a computer application to view all my data, and link with strava and automatic posting and all that, or do I need to have a smart phone to do this? Everything I could find online was talking about a smartphone, and I got this because I wanted to ditch my smartphone. Not super happy, may return it. Can I force a sync over wifi or through my computer when I get home? Also, can I use spotify without using my smart phone? I'm already regretting this, I should have done more research.

I'm not super tech savvy, but i'll try to keep up. Thanks

You can do all this from Garmin Connect on the interweb and Garmin Express. Once set up there you can link Strava to your Garmin Connect account.

You'll have to plug your watch into your computer everytime to sync info to garmin connect though, I don't think it will sync via WiFi without a smartphone app liked to it.

Not 100% sure though.

That's wrong. You need Connect on computer or smartphone to configure the wi-fi connection, as I recall, but it will sync by wi-fi after the initial set up on its own. The smartphone connection is all Bluetooth.

It says you configure wi-fi on the watch, bit it needs to be set up with either your computer or phone first. Music info is in the manual too.

From memory you can setup Wi-Fi with Garmin Express as well

Yes indeed. I had brain fade and forgot that the computer software is called Express rather than Connect!
