I have tried both options and I record zero distance
Virtual Run Mode
- Occasionally in VR mode, my Zwift avatar will lunge forward 20' and then stop.
- It pairs ok to my iPad but other than the HR from either a HRM-PRO or a 4i Viiiiva there is no data.
- Zwift Run pod works without any issues
Treadmill Mode
- In TM mode I record no distance
- I do record HR
- I do record cadence
- The above is the same even if I try swinging my arm like a pitcher winding up
Software is V13.10
Tried my wife's 945 and both functions worked without issue?
Any suggestions?
Is this a known issues? I did a quick search and couldn't find other threads
