Garmin Fenix 6 (pro) and TOPO maps ...

1) Can I purchase a TOPO map later for my watch, and load it into the watch?

2) I have already a TOPO map for my Edge1030 - can that one be use for my watch? -

3) perhaps even shared?

You can install Openstreetmap based maps for free.

The TOPO maps can be installed on the watch but you must buy a new one for that. When you purchase those maps it clearly state that it is for use on only one device and it cannot be transferred/ Very old school policy from Garmin but it is what it is. However there are free alternative that are pretty good.

Talkytoaster maps are relatively inexpensive; but I’ll leave it up to you to decide if they’re what you need and worth paying for.
