There are no maps on this model. If you want maps, try to sell this watch and buy a pro-model.
As Herbert_Jaeger stated, no maps on the device. However, if you want to follow a breadcrumb course, take a look at the course guidance feature

Hello Seilogramp, I would like to take this opportunity again to report a problem with the navigation of the none pro models. Since one of the last updates, NONE PRO models no longer recognize when you are back on course after leaving a course. The navigation will then not be continued. there are already threads for this. I reported this problem to German support a few weeks ago. I was told, however, that it will be forwarded to the US development team, but it cannot be said whether the developers will deal with it.
I think the fw/developer team is aware of this issue, because it seems to be a problem on all F6 series devices without mapping capabilities.

I tried in vain to describe the problem to the German support. Even after describing it several times in several emails, they did not understand that it is a bug and passed it on to development as a "suggestion for improvement". I then tried again to explain that it is a bug and not a suggestion for improvement. I got no answer to that.

Kannst Du Dich noch an den deutschen Thread erinnern, wo dem user (marcel) angeblich vom deutschen support mitgeteilt wurde, dass es kein Fehler ist, sondern daran liegt, dass seine Uhr keine Karten hat ?
Das gab ein heftiges Streitgespräch in diesem Thread, weil die Aussage des Supports nicht richtig ist.
