garmin express not detecting updates on Fenix 6s pro apart from maps.

new to Garmin. I have loaded Garmin express and linked my Fenix 6. It detects map updates but not others. Apparently according to Connect IQ i need to update the software on my watch. How can i do this? Any help appreciated
