Hello,
After upgrading to 13.10 my watch stopped connecting to my home wifi. It was previously added and worked with Spotify without any problems.
I removed the network profile and tried to re-add it again but it didn't work - "no wireless networks found".
I tried following things without success:
- reset watch to default settings (didn't help)
- full factory reset - after pairing the watch with the phone and initializing one of first steps which is add wifi network - same problem "no wireless networks found". Once watch is forced into searching for the network it stuck in the loop (only available option was to "try again") plus it drops Bluetooth connection. Only forced restart helps.
- created dedicated 2,4GHz dedicated wifi network (first configured with WPA2 then switched it to open) - didn't help. No network found.
- created open 2,4GHz hot-spot from my mobile - same reaction as above
- tried to connect watch to the Windows 10 computer over the cable - not visible in file explorer (watch in MTP mode), not searchable by latest Garmin Express and WebUpdate tool
- watch was only visible in Garmin Express when I used forced connect approach (powered off watch, keep pushed start-stop button, connect cable). When I tried to push the "add device" button it didn't work out - it stuck displaying image of the watch with details like S/N and fw version. After releasing the start-stop button watch has disappeared from Garmin Express.
Can you please suggest what else can I try? Any help will be highly appreciated. I will contact support on Monday.
