HRM Pro saying no HR data when downloading off an activity

Hi Guys,

Has anyone else seen this? When i complete an activity (I have a Fenix 6X Pro Sapphire and have a HRM Pro HR strap) and try to download the HR data off the activity its showing up with no HR data to download. This is only recent enough - past 2/3 weeks. The HRM Pro is connected to my watch via ANT+ and connected to my phone through bluetooth. Now its saying that the HRM software is UTP (7.1 think) and the battery condition is good. I only got it in the middle of October so have about 3-400km's worth of running activities so battery should be still fine.

I suppose my question is, Is the data off the activity the HRM Pro's HR data (perhaps maybe it is as the running dynamics are in garmin connect) I though the data was the wrist HR data and the HRM pro data was the one you download, and 2nd has something changed recently that the data cant be downloaded off the activity now as i was able to do this since i got the HRM pro and even on last HRM Tri.

I attached 2 pics - 1 of the no HRM data to download off the watch and the 2nd of GC HRM Pro sync error. Wont seem to manually sync (cant remember if it did sync before I seen this issue but think it did) - HRM Pro was on at time of error aswell. 

Any thoughts/inputs would appreciated guys.
