I usually get it with Express.

OTA is only a WIFI sync to get it ?

Press and hold middle button - System - Software Update. The 13.10 update should be there. You do have to be connected to a WIFI.

Jaybird Vistas are working fine now. 20 minutes music during activity and no drop outs.

Yesterday Fenix 6x pro solar update to 13.10 via Garmin express, no problem remains to test it
