Fenix 6S Pro no handover of the heartrate to Zwift

Hi,

I have a Fenix 6S Pro and I would like to handover of the heartrate from the Fenix to Zwift.

Zwift is running on a MS Surface. The Surface is connected to a Wahoo Kickr Smart Trainer via bluetooth. In Zwift I can see the cadence, the power and the velocity from the Kickr.

But the heartrate is not integrated to Zwift, although the Fenix has an active bluetooth pairing with the Surface (the Fenix is shown as "Connected" in the bluetooth settings of the Surface).

When I start the Zwift activity on the Surface I start an "Indoor bike" activity on the Fenix too. On the Fenix there are shown the the cadence, the power and the velocity from the Kickr during the activity, but the heartrate is not integrated to Zwift.

Broadcasting the optical heart rate is off by default and is a separate setting from the bluetooth connection. To enable it you need to go to Menu>Sensors & Accessories>Wrist Heart Rate. From there you have 2 choices. If you select Broadcast Heart Rate you can turn it on and it will stay on until you turn it off. You can also select Broadcast During Activity which will automatically enable HR broadcast when an activity is started and disable it when the activity is done.
