I use my F6 to record Peloton rides as an Indoor Bike activity and the manually add distance, power, candence, and speed. I have Garmin Connect syncing activities to Strava and the sync is instantaneous and before I edit the activity. If I edit the activity after the sync, does those data make it to Strava or are activities simply imported that first time and never updated again (not kept in ‘sync’)?
