My Fenix 6 Pro predicts a 5K of 18.57. Is that even accurate for a 54M?. I started running again 5 months ago
back in July of this year, 3 to 4 times per week. Prior to that, my last run was back in December 2018. I took up running in
the spring 2018. I kept at it till the winter, then stopped altogether. I've never done any kind of structured workouts
for any particular length of time till about 2 weeks ago, when I started following my watch suggested workouts. I
just used to go out with my dog and have fun. I have to say, for the most part I have been pretty active my whole life
going to the gym (working out) at least 3 times/week
This Tuesday according to my watch I ran a 5K in 22.54, but I had to stop several times at intersections waiting for
the lights to change, which probably made it easier. It wasn't an all-out session, but not easy either.
So, what would you say would be the most likely time I can really hope to get and how far out are the garmin predictions?
