Garmin Pay - Wallet

Hi for about 6 months now i cant set up garmin Pay . When i try to open Wallet on watch (fenix 6 pro) it freeze. When i try to add card on phone it error pop up with message that garmin Pay is not activated on my watch. I used to have card there and it was working but now i cant figure it out.

i did hard reset and even master reset. I tried to reinstall garmin Connect ,nothing help.

I had to return them. They gave me new one.

so it had to be hw problem

I would contact Garmin and get them to help you. Maybe the NFC chip on your watch is faulty?

I know I'm not much help, but Garmin Pay has always worked flawlessly for me on my VA3m, my first Fenix 6 Pro (that was swapped due to a button fault) and now my replacement F6 Pro.

I had that with my starling bank card. Wouldn't let me delete it either.

It was the agreement somehow. It wouldn't open because I hadn't pressed accept on my new phone.

I unpaired the watch, deleted all connect app data and un-installed.

Downloaded app ticked yes for all the agreement and license stuff.

Pair the Fenix, app asks for 2 agreement to be ticked, worked fine ever since.

I tried to reset, reinstall apps, pair the watch - nothing helps. I wrote to the support centre. Waiting for their answer. But it seems like the hardware on the watch is faulty. And there’s no other way to fix this, but to replace the watch.
