Garmin return policy is conflicting ,why ?

On the Garmin website there are no returns allowed, but on the Garmin store on Amazon ,returns are allowed.

Why the difference?

Garmin website =  "This custom watch is non-returnable; however, our standard warranty does apply."

Garmin store on Amazon =  " Prime and FREE Returns

This is for the same watch.. I would post the links but they might get flagged as spam, already happened to me today, so annoying when you have to rewrite a post.

  • Thanks for the answer, thing is I never suggested his answer as an answer, yours I just did  LOl,.

  • It doesn't necessarily mean an answer was given, only that the person responding felt they answered a question.

  • You said Amazon only offers standard with return policy, I showed you that's not true, they have every model with returns and this is from the Garmin webstore on Amazon.

As for the custom page ,it's phooey, you can get the same exact watch at the same exact price custom or not and one isn't returnable all because someone might hit the custom tab.

Plus the custom page isn't customizable , I can't get what I want.

I do appreciate your time and replies . Happy Thanksgiving to you too.

  •  So anyone can just suggest their reply as an answer even if it isn't  ?

I hit the up arrow anytime someone replies because I appreciate the time they took to answer, but that doesn't mean I

will hit the "verify answer" if the question isn't answered, lol .

Unfortunately, yes.  I haven't really followed the conversation your having with gaijin so I can't comment, but I can tell you he's been here awhile and has been very helpful and respected on these forums.  If gaijin responded and checked the "answer" box, then he truly believes he answered your question.  You'll notice others will check the box based on their opinion and not on facts, but gaijin isn't one of those people.   Sometimes it's just a misunderstanding of what the other person is saying or asking.  Happy Turkey Day to you too.  I'm a Lions fan, so mine is already ruined. :)
