Hi!
This is my first 10K running plan, I know I'm not that good, but still wanted to ask you guys one question.
So I chose 10K 11 week running plan, and by now I have finished my week 3 today, running without walking for 40 min, with 6:30 min/km pace.
For the last 3 weeks the trainings were more and more difficult, but for the week 4 out of 11, I just saw, that my plan is 3 days of light runs of 20 minutes each, so twice less, than I did today.
Is it generally normal to have such a "relaxing" week? Or did my watch think, that I'm too bad? I'm sure some of you guys already done 10K or Half with Garmin coach, did you have smth similar?
My watch is 6X Pro 12.0.0 if it's important.
