Garmin Fenix 6x

Hi there,

I bought my Fenix 6x less than 4 months ago and had no problem at all till after charging it, it went dead completely dead. I did a hard reset, soft and nothin till now. The problem is that it does vibrate and emits all the sounds related when you push the bottoms but the screen is blacked out. I did my research and there’s a site in Spain reporting the same problem in more than 100 Garmin different model watches but the only solution Garmin is giving is to exchange it for a “refurbished” one. Garmin....any solution better than that I mentioned???

Send it in assistance. Had a similar problem after updating the maps.

I don't know what your warranty is like but in the UK, up to 6 months you are entitled to a refund, a replacement or a repair. Not a refurbished watch. And if they cant repair it, then one of the other 2 options. I would check with your consumer laws in the country you bought it/live.
