Wahoo TICKR 2 (WFBTHR04) HR strap running cadence lock

I have some weird issue which is also mentioned in this 4-5 years old messages:

I do use RD Pod and Wahoo TICKR 2 (WFBTHR04) HR strap both at the same time for running.

Sometimes the watch starts to display/record what seems to be a cadence from the RD Pod instead of the HR readings.

The problem seems to be the same, regardless of if the strap is connected via Ant+ or BLE.

Here is a recent example activity, the issue starts at 2:53: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/5836129497

It can't be the "cadence lock", since I am not using the wrist OHR and the issue occurs even in the "jacket mode" which should disable the OHR completely.

How do I contact support on this matter? The chat is dead, is there an email or a way to open a ticket?

UPDATE 1:

There is a problem with the Wahoo TICKR 2 (WFBTHR04) HR strap not the Fenix 6. The strap has an issue which is best described as the "cadence lock".

Thorough electrode wetting with water or gel should hopefully help with that.

Initially the topic was named "Fenix 6 Pro Sapphire 12.20: RD Pod + HR strap, Watch uses cadence in place of heart rate" since I've thought there is a problem with the watch itself.
