Fenix 6S Pro blank map

I just bought a Fenix 6S Pro and I cant see any map in any app. Already updated maps using garmin express, and in the watch I can only activate worldwide dem basemap, topoactive europe 1 and 2 and garming ski map but nothing....

Any thoughts?

Have you already went out for a gps fix? Zoomed in on the map page? You are in a location that should be present your installed maps?

I went out for 5min and loaded the maps. GPS in green but no maps...I dont know if I should wait more time.

Perhaps you could try reinstalling the maps through express... there is an option there to reinstall... I'd perhaps try that...

Ps... you should only need to wait a little more than a few seconds for the on board maps to show.

I already did that... the thing that caughts my attention is that using express I can see that have installed north and south america maps (I live in South America), but when I go to the watch settings, I dont see that same maps I see in Express...

Wait, you wrote in the first post about Topo Active Europe maps. Have you accidentally bought an European model? I think the North and South America maps in Express are only golf maps...

if you have enabled the European Topo maps: start an app, go to the map page, press menu and scroll the blank map to right: then you should see the European map and can be sure, that you accidentally bought an European device.
