Group Track Not Working 12.20

Cannot get group tracking to work on Fenix 6X pro solar and a Fenix 6S sapphire. Currently on software version 12.20. Explicitly followed instructions from Garmin's website but the other person does not show up on the map on either device. Both devices are live tracking successfully, and all settings are correct including both people added as connections and visible to each other. Had it working in the past, so I'm wondering if it is a bug with 12.20.

Instructions from Garmin:

GroupTrack allows users view locations of your Garmin Connect Connections on a compatible Garmin device.

Garmin's GroupTrack feature require that the certain conditions are met in order view a participant on a compatible device1.

Required Conditions:

You must be connected with participant via Garmin Connect Connections

The compatible device must be paired and connected to a phone through the Garmin Connect App

Phone needs to have a cell service signal

You must have initiated the LiveTrack feature within Garmin Connect App

You must have initiated GroupTrack feature within Garmin Connect App

Garmin Connect Connection needs to be added to the "Visible to" field of GroupTrack in Garmin Connect App

You can choose to be visible to all your Connections with a GroupTrack compatible device or send an invite to specific Connections using Invite Only

Timed activity must be started in order for position to be shared

Grouptrack works, but you must have run or bike activity on both compatible devices.

Hi, I had problems on older FW's, now I tested it on 16.30 and it works good, even it show another user on normal map which didn't work me.

How do you do this step? Can it only be done prior to the activity or can it be setup once? Not finding the "GroupTrack in GC to select the "visible to"
