RMA delay . Unacceptable.

My Fenix 6X pro solar had an issue with the solar charging that stopped working. Got RMA and Sent back to Garmin, known issue by Garmin from hardware for some Fenix 6X solar Pro . 
message from Garmin says on the forum is that the watch need to be exchanged. More than a month and half since I sent the watch , and still no news from Garmin. 

any advise ?

It is a premium watch and would expect premium service for guaranty. 
i now even considering filling a complain to tell them that I am really serious about this and it is not acceptable from them.
