Garmin Watch not prompting scheduled workouts

Have you disabled it accidentally?

Go to a Run or Bike activity's options, Training, Workouts, Today's Suggestions. From the displayed suggestion press top right and scroll through the options . Last option is to disable/enable prompt.

Thank you for the The reply but when I am on my watch on and through to workouts it doesn’t show today’s suggestion and I can’t see the enable/disable prompt? Is there any other way to see this? 

Which activity are you looking at? I believe it's only there for Run and Bike activities.

I'm having the same issue. I have my run scheduled and I can see it on my calendar on my phone without any issues. But when I go to the activity RUN the option is not there. I shut down the watch and restart it and the activity is there.

This wasn't the case a few weeks ago, I had my scheduled activity for the day every time under the RUN options. 

I truly don't believe that constant restarts are a good solution...

Apologies. My replies were based on missing Suggested Workouts, not ones that you have scheduled in Calendar.

You could try removing your watch from GCM then re-pairing it to ensure you’ve allowed access to the Calendar.

Unfortunately, the re-pairing didn't work. I removed my device from GCM and re-paired it. I rebooted the device and was able to see my scheduled workout. I left the RUN activity and got back in and my workout was not there anymore. It used to work, but now I have to reboot the device every day to be able to see my scheduled workout. It seems that it is only able to sync one workout and once it is seen, it disappears...

Might be an idea to contact Garmin Support. There should never be any need to continually reboot your watch to resolve an issue.

Just one thought, is the connection to your smartphone maintained? I do find sometimes that I need to come then open GCM on my iPhoneX occasionally to force a reconnection.

I have the same issue, my Fenix 6 Pro used to prompt scheduled workouts when starting an activity but hasn't done that in a while anymore. I can still see the scheduled workout by going to training calendar from the settings but no longer get the prompt on starting an activity.

I’m now experiencing this issue with my Fenix 6.  Was prompting to do my scheduled run workouts but stopped prompting in the last couple of weeks.

I think it stopped once I had a long pause with no training.
It needs several trainings with the choosen activity the last days to promt you a workout.
