The subject says it all: How do you track Nintendo Ring Fit Adventure?
I'm doing this 1 to 3 times a week, replacing the strength workout in the gym (corona). At first, I didn't track it at all, as hope was I'm back in the gym in no time.
Looks different now, so I'd like to keep track of Ring Fit activities somehow. Probably strength training as well - or else? Any experiences?
