Suggested workout and other activity types than running/cycling

It's not quite clear (for me at least) how the suggested workout is working. Let's say I go to gym 3 times a week and I run 2 times a week and maybe do a light walk 1-2 times a week. Now when I start run activity I get the suggestion to run at some speed for a specified time. Does this still take the other workouts into account although the watch doesn't give any suggestions for cardio or walking activities? Or does it ignore them completely and when it suggests something for my next run then it will be calculated based on wrong training load as it thinks I'm only running twice a week?

Also, can I somehow check the suggestion later as it disappears after I have watched it once when starting the activity?
