Can not connect Fenix 6X sapphire to HRM dual?

I follow all instructions and am wearing the unit. Can pair to IPhone but when I try to pair the HRM dual to the watch it doesn’t pick it up. Any help will be appreciated.

I have the same issue on my Instinct. Pairs to phone fine but cannot connect to the watch.

Are you using ANT+ or Bluetooth to try to connect to the watch?

Try unpairing from the phone then connect to the watch using ANT+. Then try pairing to the phone using Bluetooth.

I have an Iphone so using bluetooth to try to connect to the watch with it which works.

My issue is the watch direct to the HRM dual sensor.

Perhaps I need to be a bit clearer...

Unpair from the Phone
Go to Sensors and Accessories on the watch.
Add new Sensor and pair with the watch - default will be ANT+
Then try to connect to the phone using Bluetooth

Thanks. Tried and when I go to add new sensor on the watch it just comes up with No sensors found. The phone was unpaired prior.

You are of course wearing the strap? Is it wet?

I've been able to pair straps by having water running on them from a tap. Perhaps try that?

Yes I have wet and worn while trying. No go.

Try taking the battery out of the sensor module. Put it back in reversed. Then put it back in properly and try again.

Are you certain the battery os good?
