I am going to the Yukon (when the shutdown ends) and wonder if the Fēnix 6 contains maps of Canada for navigation, or do I need to purchase
Maps of NW Canada that are offered for the Garmin InReach (for $90!!).

Depends on what region your Fenix 6 is for? If North America, then you should have maps for Canada in it, if it is a European or AP model then you won't have maps for North Amrica (beyond the golf maps) on it.
There are a number of options for maps if you don't have them for the Fenix... BUT the InReach maps will not work on the Fenix as they are incompatible with other Garmin devices.
Thank you, Talky. That helps a lot.

You are very welcome, I have maps of the Yukon complete with 10m contours that work on a Fenix (and most other Garmin devices too).. just google my name and maps and you will find my site...
No maps of the Yukon for fenix 6 despite being a North American region!! Just got back from a trip there. Very sad.
