Per app notification control where vibrate for some and silent for other possible?

Any way possible to adjust notifications so one app will be a vibration on my watch and another app is silent?

Eg email is silent but WhatsApp is vibrate.

No, there's not. This would be a nice feature though, I agree. Some things I'd like to see appear on my watch (like email) but not buzz me about it.

No that's not what i am wanting. I want to choose how the notification comes through per app e.g. whatsapp is vibration and email is silent

Yeah for sure. Hopefully in any new beta version.

Yes, you can. If you have an iPhone, disable Notification Center for any app you don’t want to send a notification to your watch. I’ve heard it’s even easier to do on an Android but I’m not an Android user so someone else will have to comment
