Watch face and sync issues?

long press the menu button, scroll to 'watch face' and scroll through the options.  When you select a style there's a sub-menu to modify colors and data fields.

There is no option that even states watch face, as I said the first option is ‘clock’ when I do a long press of the menu button. 

Firstly, have a read of the user manual to check you are pressing the right buttons.

Secondly, long press the middle left to bring up the menu. The first item should be Watch Face, Clocks. If it’s not there scroll right through the menu to check that it really isn’t there.

Thirdly, if it really isn’t there, Factory Reset and start again.

Finally, if after all that you still don’t have the Watch Face option take the watch back from whence it came and get another.

Well done on providing a great answer. I was able to change my watch face after turning off the power saver.
