Best running settings

Which are best settings for running? (no trail running)

i personally use:

  • Auto Pause: OFF
  • ClimbPro: ON on navigation
  • Auto Climb: OFF
  • 3D speed: OFF
  • 3D Distance: OFF
  • GPS: GPS + Galileo
  • Data record: SMART

i usually calibrate the barometer before running, use the HRM dual for HR
