Which are best settings for running? (no trail running)
i personally use:
- Auto Pause: OFF
- ClimbPro: ON on navigation
- Auto Climb: OFF
- 3D speed: OFF
- 3D Distance: OFF
- GPS: GPS + Galileo
- Data record: SMART
i usually calibrate the barometer before running, use the HRM dual for HR
