HI folks... I know there have been maps loading issues in the past, but I'm a newbie, so maybe there's a solution I'm not aware of. I have a Tactix Delta (bought in late June), which has been flawless til today. LOVE IT! Last night, the battery mysteriously drained overnight to 0%. This morning, I charged it up, synced to Garmin Express and got whatever minor updates weren't there yesterday, and all was well. Then I rebooted the watch and I'm stuck on the "Loading maps' screen. Like I've been stuck for more than an hour. I rebooted it. No dice. I chatted with Garmin support, who walked me through various ways to try and get the Tactix to connect to my computer (a Mac) and another computer (Windows 10 laptop). No go. Theytactix even had me clean the charging port. (It's not a problem with the charging port.) Now, they're sending me a cable and telling me to ping them again when I get it -- in a week or maybe two. Very, very disappointing. Anyone got any ideas about what I can do while I look at this stylish brick on my wrist?
