Hi Peter this is the included Garmin Topoactive Europe that came installed on my Fenix 6 Sapphire, it has no contour lines:
This is a TalkyToaster 1:50k look and feel aftermarket map which I loaded after the purchase of the watch and includes contours and more detail: 
Both maps are on my watch but viewed in Basecamp with the watch connected.
