Backlight not working

I have a Fenix6x Pro, yesterday when I come back from a bike riding, I found the backlight doesn't work anymore even when I press the button. I also tried the flashlight, also doesn't work. I am pretty sure it is not a problem of setting, does anyone have idea how to fix it?

general 24x7 use of the watch I think, the battery percentage is 100%, I guess somerhing wrong with the watch, maybe I have to send it for reparation, thank you for you kind answer

It happened to me too and a "fix" I've found is to increase the brightness above the base 20%.

System > Backlight > Not During Activity > Brightness

It looks like each 10 percent…

I think some of the Power Manager modes switch off the backlight - have you checked which mode it is in?

SETTINGS -> POWER MANAGER -> POWER MODES

and BATTERY SAVER

I checked it's in the Max. Battery mode, I don't remember I have ever changed the power mode

Max Battery mode does disable the flashlight, so thats why. Go to battery saver, switch it on then off - see if it comes out of Max Battery Mode

Short of that, try restarting the watch - see if it comes out of it,

Saying that mind - go to the activity settings and POWER MODE is in there, check that DEFAULT MODE is NORMAL

thank you for your reply, I checked , only max battery mode and Jacket Mode is available(no normal mode is displayed), I tried to switch to both the modes, and also restarted the watch, still the backlight can not be turned on

Are we talking within an activity or general 24x7 use of the watch? i.e Is the backlight not working when you're not tracking an activity

Also

What's your current battery percentage? If it's low, your watch may be in BATTERY SAVER mode

Then go to SETTINGS -> POWER MANAGER -> BATTERY SAVER and check it's OFF
