Fenix 6 not syncing with garmin connect

My watch hasn't been able to sync with garmin since the outage. I hard shut off my watch.....and reinstalled the app on my android phone.

I haven't been able to see any data at all on garmin connect. When I open garmin connect, it can read my current heart rate from my watch, but when i try to look at the data, its all blank.

Seems like I can see the data on my watch, but garmin connect won't show me any data at all.

Updated: I ended up fixing the issue by doing a full reset to factory defaults....kinda annoying but at least I can see my data now

actually I think that worked.....after playing around with the times and force syncing multiple times the data is show now.

Are you on 10.10 fw as well?

I'll keep an eye out for it.....but it seems like since Firmware 10.10 and now 10.75 has been implemented a lot of ppl are having sleep tracking inconsistencies

I was on 10.10 and updated to the beta 10.75 yesterday since I was having the sync issues.

Yeah, it's definitely still being tweaked!, but one thing may be to alter your sleep times, sync them, then change them back and re-sync just to ensure they're on the watch :)

I'd do a USB based sync via Garmin Express as well, which is really good to do occasionally to "clear the pipes" it seems :)
