Pairing Failed with Phone After Hard Reset?

Hi!

I have a 6X Sapphire. I recently had to wipe and reset the watch (it would not boot up correctly) and after wiping, I can no longer pair the watch with my phone. It will recognize the watch but cannot pair after that. Things I have tried:

- Wiping the watch again

- Signing in and out of connect account

- Creating a new connect account and trying to pair after that

- Uninstalling and reinstalling the connect app

- Plugging watch into garmin express and syncing/updating

- Removing the watch from my connect account

Is there anything else worth trying?
