Word of warning. I ordered a fenix 6s Pro from Amazon for my wife and the box arrived without the watch. I'm now doing battle with Amazon with no luck.
Also, was talking with a friend about the fenix 6 and he said he was ordering through Amazon as they had the best deal....I warned him to do a unboxing video as my watch was missing... and guess what.... his fenix 6 Pro arrived today and is missing as well. BTW, he didn't do a un boxing video.

One thought would be to see if there's an associated serial number on the box/order. That serial number would then be known to garmin as the watch has to be registered to a GArmin account to be usable…
From Amazon, or through Amazon? There's a difference as Amazon also has third party sellers as AJR mentioned. If it was a third party seller, the problem is with them and not Amazon or Garmin to be warned…
