Can't install apps and watch faces

I've gotten the below message since I got my watch. I've received several updatesvia WiFi including 10.10 but I still see this message.

I searched the forums but didn't find anything that helped to resolve the problem. I tried rebooting my watch and my Phone but still see this message even though the apps say they should be compatible.

Any idea why I am seeing this message even after getting the latest updates?

This app requires an update of fenix 6 Sapphire. Use the Garmin Express application to update your device.

Hi,

If you use Garmin IQ, it happens Sometimes,

Either you uninstall and re install Garmin IQ

Or unpair, pair your device again on Garmin IQ

It should work.

Could you post what software and component firmware versions you see in the System->About menu?

The remove and reconnect seems to have solved the issue and I can now install the watch faces I couldn't before.
