Time is off

I noticed that my fenix 6s is about 4 minutes fast. I've attempted to sync it with my phone twice now and it remains fast. Phone is an Pixel 3. Seems like this has been an ongoing issue:

Also have a Pixel 3, haven't had any time sync issues with mine. Has this been an issue for a while, or just started only recently?

Have you tried to do a GPS time sync ?

That is on the F5 series.

I had the watch about a week when it happened. Time delay lasted about two days, then corrected itself.

I did and the time remained off

It is, but I imagine the link was for a similar bug as what I am experiencing in the 6s. A sync should correct this sort of thing but didn't.
