Fenix 6 pro solar cpe expired and taking a long time to find satellites

Fenix 6 X pro solar, cpe expired and taking a long time to find satellites, despite regular sync on garmin connect and sync on garmin express on macbook! I have followed instructions on other threads without success

is there anything else i can try?

it has been fixed with the most recent software update thankfully
