Since we have no “Nap” activity I’ve decided to try something. I’m going to record a breathwork activity when I nap.
It won’t record the exact data but at least I’ll see some stats around stress and hr averages.
Would be really great to have an activity labelled “nap” which made an attempt at gauging your sleep stages during a nap. Maybe with the new onboard sleep we’ll get this soon. Also interested to see the impact of this on nightly sleep and readings after the nap.
Has anyone else tried something similar? Was it useful?
