I have two problems with my Fenix 6 Pro, the battery drops quickly without using it (hard reset) and HR when I walk shows 90-100+ bpm when I have less than 60. Also every day the HR gets stuck at 190+ bpm for an hour or something which doesn't stop even if I soft reset it. The local service in my country after examining my watch they just returned it to me, they admitted that the battery dropped quickly without usage and the HR problems might be software problems. They don't replace it and of course I can't return it. I really need someone from garmin to help with my problem because I'm willing to take it further to European consumer service.
