Ladies & Gents hoping someone can help. Upgraded from fenix 5 to a second hand 6 pro yesterday.
formerly with the 5 my sleep data could be checked against HR. Last night my sleep data recorded but there is no HR data or Spo2 or resps data, just deep/light/REM etc.
All sensors were on continuous. The sleep card has also disappeared from my daily data but is in the yesterdays data section.
from what I have read it suggests that a successful sync is needed for the sleep card to appear and sleep data to update, however every effort to sync has been made and it appears to be syncing correctly but the sleep card is not appearing and the data from the HR sensor and Spo2 sensor for the night time period is not being added.
is anybody else having this problem? Why are the fixes?
any ideas gratefully received.
