Best estimated power (without meter) CIQ datafields?

I've noticed there are some Connect IQ datafields which estimate power without a meter and curious people's experiences (especially any who have the opportunity to compare results with a real power meter) and/or any reviews out there (DCR hasn't covered and I couldn't find much out there besides the user reviews in the CIQ app).

Any I've missed?

For cycling, I'm using the estimates from Strava and curious whether any of these are more accurate (in the case off Watt, the first link above, they claim to use the same formula as Strava). Also, am I right in thinking that CIQ datafields to not sync to Strava? If I try one of these, I wouldn't want it to replace the Strava power estimates.
