I have a Garmin Fenix 6X Sapphire DLC and got some quite severe scratches in the bezel ring, luckily the glass is not scratched.
Anyonw who knows if the the Bezel ring available as a spare part for replacement?

When I spoke to Garmin, the answer was no. They would only replace the watch if there were defects operational
I suspect that the 6 series is constructed exactly like the 5 series. The bezel is glued to the glass and the display unit. A simple exchange will not be possible.

Bezel and display are one part. To replace bezel you have to replace entire…

How did you get the scratches? The DLC coating should be very difficult to scratch. Can you post a photo?
Don’t know how I got them.
Well it seams there are some bezels out there.
Also there are some covers that seem to stick on top of the original bezel.

Hrm.. you call that severe?
Call it wear and tear. And you will get more scratches
I also cannot understand why such an expensive watch cannot be repaired and why there are no spare parts available from the manufacturer to repair the watch. At Aliexpress there are rings to cover the bezel but not for the Fenix 6X models, unfortunately only for the smaller 6 series models, I hope there will be a manufacturer for the Fenix 6X models soon. These rings are glued over the existing bezel to prevent scratching. The rings are offered in different colors and can also be removed again. I am aware that this may not help you in your case, but it may help someone else and it shows Garmin that not all users are satisfied with the product and that they might change their mind about sustainability.

Thanks for asking this question. I came here in the hope of a silver lining.
Having just got the stitches out of my face and with at least another week or two for my fractured rib, it looks like my watch is gonna bear it's scars longer than I will!!
So glad I got the Sapphire! - not a single scratch on the face. (That's dust)
I'm okay with this reminder that I'm not getting any younger. ;)
(Yes, currently in power saving mode as I wasn't planning on extending this trip in the way that I did. Haha.)
