Inline skating activity

There's an inline skating app in CIQ, which I've downloaded but haven't tried yet, so I'm not sure if it syncs as an inline skating activity or not, but it's maybe worth a try. If not, you can manually toggle it to being an inline skating activity in Connect - I'm not sure about strava

There are 2 Apps, I'm using the one from fbbbrown, its a paid app, but back then it was the only one available, I also like the design.

Yes the activities are stored correctly, it has auto-pause, only disadvantage is that 3rd party apps only have access to standard GPS and no combination with a 2nd GPS system.

Because if Garmin didn't change anything you can't assign every activity on the watch.

You can change it after uploading it and make for example a customized copy of a bike activity.

But I'm just to lazy to always have to edit the type manually after I'm done. And if you use Strava it syncs as it's recorded, changing the type afterwards will not sync to Strava.

Inline skates also have parts and components. And one of the components that is usually modified is the wheels. Like other skates, inline skates have wheels that are appropriate for a specific riding location, such as asphalt. There are a few important factors to consider when purchasing: wheel hardness, wheel size, wheel profile.

And yet you can't assign default skating gear in Garmin.

3 years later still no skating added..
