Hi, I'm trying to connect my watch to my BT Hub WIFI and it won't connect! Password is right I have tried connect via Express, Connect and the watch! Nothing else has an issue connecting to the WiFi just this bloody watch!

The error code means the wifi password is wrong; I spent five hours pulling my hair out before i realized I was entering my password with a capital where none existed.

The watch doesn't support 5ghz access points, only 2.4g access points.  Make sure you're not trying to connect to a 5g AP

So just solved it I had to get on the hubs Web page by copy and pasting 192.168.1.254 into the search bar and turning the hubs security off and it worked a treat.

I have my BT Hub wifi split out into 5GHz and 2.4GHz as I had issues connecting, no problems now. BT Hubs default to a combined 2.4/5G so you will need to access and switch the function off. I find it better as I can log onto 5G at home for specific devices for speed and use the 2.4 for slower items.
