I cannot get Deezer to sync

I never had any problems with Deezer, until today (post version 9 update - maybe related?) I just cannot get playlists to sync.

I have tried removing the old app and installing the latest from the IQ store; hard reboot of the watch, different playlists; different times of day (though no other device has issues with connectivity to the internet). 

The app is present, I can see the playlists, I can select the playlist to download, but the sync either starts and never completes or starts but never gets past 0 or 1%. On the two occasions it has got further than 1% it has stalled at 20% with a handful of tracks downloaded. 

Anybody else had issues recently? I have raised a case with Garmin Support as well.
