Hello I have a new Tactix Delta that I've noticed while on a white screen and the backlight is on there are some dark spots at the edge of the display at the 5 and 7 o'clock areas. Is this normal or is my unit defective? Thanks!

I have the same on my 6x Plus, but using a black background watchface, never bothered me at all.
Definitely makes it a useless watch, I'll send you my shipping address so that I can dispose of it properly for you
So kind of you lol. I take it this is “normal” for the backlight then? Thanks
Ya pretty normal, if it bothers you then you can try to exchange it for a different one that may or may not have similar darker areas... but otherwise, it's nothing inherently defective about your watch, it's just the nature of LED backlighting.
Appreciate it
Finally someone who noticed it. I have been citing the same to the support team and even got mine replaced once. The new replacement I got has the same damn patches on the 25 and 35 minute hands. I have asked for another replacement.
It seems as this is common and just a side effect of a backlit screen. I do recall having issues with a computer screen that had unevenness in the backlighting. It seems some are better then others, but likely just a roll of the dice. It also seems to be common around the same place likely do the the LED placement.
My retailer offered to exchange the watch. I’m torn if I should or not. Don’t want to get one with worse spots...
