NEW GARMIN FENIX 6 SAPHIRE STUCK ON BLUE GARMIN LOGO

I have a new Fenix 6 Saphire which I got in middle March . This Sunday I swiched my watch on for atreadmill run as I only use the watch for running and cycling. The watch is stuck on a blue triangle. I have done all the steps . My laptop wont pick the watch up and it wont do a master reset.

Whats up with this problem. Can Garmin assist me please,

Have you tried to do soft reset? Press and hold power button for 30 seconds (watch will switch off during that time), release button, switch watch back on.

I am way past the reset phase thx. Master reset , bootlock , nothing helping

How about letting the watch to drain battery totally empty?
