Fenix 6 Pro without audio for 'find my phone' feature

Hey ,

I have a fenix 6 pro titanium and a samsung s20 ultra phone. I cannot seem to get the 'find my phone' feature to work. On the watch, i see the green, yellow and red proximity dial, but my phone does not vibrate or play audio.

I checked and my phone is not on silent and app notifications are allowed. Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks

On the phone, try going to settings - apps - connect - appear on top - turn on.

I had the same issue and couldn't find an answer but this worked for me.
