My brand new Fenix 6 sapphire stuck in logo screen

I try soft and hard reset. Garmin Express detect it but when I try to update get an error message and screen is still stuck.

In Webupdater I receive an error message that the update file is corrupt and the process will be terminated while trying to update the software

I don't know what else I can do...

Any suggestions?

I've tried to access from android file transfer but it does not detect it

I have the same problem as yago77 . I also have a brand new Fenix 6 stuck on the logo screen have tried everything.

Please can you assist me

He told me this:

Please try the following:

Ensure the watch is powered off
Press and hold the Down, Start, and Back buttons
Power the watch on while holding these buttons
After the first beep release the Start button
After the second beep release the remaining buttons

But same story.

I'll return it tomorrow

Hi Yago77

much appreciated. I did all that but with no success .The blue logo remains on watch no matter what steps I follow. It also happend to me about three days ago . I have the on the the dot the same problem as you mention above with the same photos.

I wish Garmin can connect with us and fix this problem with our watches connected to the Laptop.

Its just weird that we are experiencing the same problem

I couldn't fix it. I returned it today

It was a replacement for another with the purple tint screen and I received it with that problem. Never worked.

Hmmm, I've been following this from NZ (Kia ora) and have tried all the possible button-presses without success. I also contacted Garmin Support who, regrettably told me (1) my watch is out of warranty and (2) it is buggered. I'm awaiting their 'manager's response' on what to do next... At least the strap still works.
