New name of copied and adapted activity is shown on the watch but not in garmin connect (mobile, android)

There’s a setting on Garmin Connect interweb it might be worth looking at. Mine is set to Location and Device Activity Name.

Unfortunately I am not able to find the option for setting for "Activity name" either in the mobile nor in the interweb. (I use the german version and have all other options displayed on your screenshot but in a different layout)

How do I get there? Is there perhaps an automatic function that prevents it (and I have it without knowing?)

Additionally I noticed, that in the list of activities only the preinstalled activities are visible not my copied one and also not another one which I installed from "connect store"

This is a good question. In past I used to monitor my soccer with a copy of run indoor. But in GC the name didn't change to Soccer too.

Garmin have a app for many sports and the most played sport in the world is not covered...  with the end of miCoach Adidas there are few ways do monitor this sport now.

To see any activity in your list it needs to added to the list and/or set as a favorite. SImply creating it does neither unless you choose one or the other option. Got to Activities and Apps, press the up button and select ADD. Scroll through that list until you see the activity you want to add then select it. You get an option to add as Favourite. If you say yes ii gets added to your list of activities. If you don’t it’s there but you need to scroll through your list. At the end you should see the activity in a black background that you can select.

Get access to the Settings by clicking on your account name, then Account Settings
